Creamy Seitan strips in a creamy onion sauce and Rösti fritters. Zürcher Geschnetzeltes is a Swiss dish from Zürich. It is traditionally made with recipe veal strips and cream. I made it vegan using Seitan and trying to recreate the same taste. It’s super rich, comforting and simple to make!
