Easy Vegan Brownies made with dairy-free yoghurt
These vegan brownies are indulgent, gooey, chocolatey and super easy to make!

- 1 cup yoghurt 245 g
- 1 cup flour, all purpose or wholemeal 150 g
- 1/4 cup maple or other sweetener 85 g
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder 25 g
- 5/6 pecans
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips 125 g
- 1 tsp baking powder
First Combine the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking podwer and chocolate chips.
Mix to combine then add plant based yoghurt, maple syrup and oil and mix again
Pour into a baking tin, spread evenly then top with more chocolate and pecans.
Bake at 180C for about 20 minutes. Let cool down and enjoy!
