Easy Vegan Brownies made with dairy-free yoghurt

These vegan brownies are indulgent, gooey, chocolatey and super easy to make!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup yoghurt 245 g
  • 1 cup flour, all purpose or wholemeal 150 g
  • 1/4 cup maple or other sweetener 85 g
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder 25 g
  • 5/6 pecans
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips 125 g
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

  • First Combine the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking podwer and chocolate chips.
  • Mix to combine then add plant based yoghurt, maple syrup and oil and mix again
  • Pour into a baking tin, spread evenly then top with more chocolate and pecans.
  • Bake at 180C for about 20 minutes. Let cool down and enjoy!
