Pre heat the oven to 400F/200C (fan)
Cut the tofu into cubes.
1 large block of tofu (280g - 9-10 oz)
Mix cornstarch, smoked paprika, salt and pepper then coat cubed tofu in the mixture.
2 tablespoon cornstarch, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, Salt and pepper
Place on a baking tray with baking paper and cook at 200C for 15 minutes.
Make the sauce by combining all ingredients. Take the tofu out of the oven and coat it in the sauce, keeping some aside for drizzling. Put back in the oven for 5/10 minutes.
2 tablespoon tahini, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, ½ teaspoon fresh ginger, 1 teaspoon siracha/hot sauce, 1 teaspoon maple syrup, 2 tablespoon water to thin, Salt and pepper
Serve and top with more of the sauce and sesame seeds.
