These homemade tortilla wraps nachos are super easy to make and make up the perfect side for a delicious dip! They are made with leftover tortillas.

This is part of my No Waste Wednesday series, on my Instagram, where I share recipes to use food scraps or tips on how to store foods so that they last longer!
I often find myself with leftover tortillas sitting in the fridge after using a few and this is a great way to use them up before they go bad!

What you need
Tortilla wraps, you can use any type. I had wholemeal so that is why they look darker, but any type is fine, like corn and plain tortillas.
Salt
Optional seasoning: Olive oil, paprika, cumin, onion powder.
How to make nachos with tortilla wraps
Cut the tortillas into triangles then place on a baking tray with baking paper.

If you want to season them, mix some olive oil with paprika, cumin, salt and onion powder and brush the tortillas with it. Otherwise just add some salt.

Bake for 10 minutes at 180C until slightly browned. They’re perfect for your favourite dip!
