In a pan, heat up some olive oil ton low heat then sauté 1 chopped spring onion. When soft add silken tofu and break it up with a spoon. Add kala namak (start with ¼ teaspoon and adjust), paprika, turmeric, garlic powder and mustard and let it cook for a few minutes on low heat. Then add firm tofu, breaking it up with your hands and let cook for 5/10 minutes, stirring often. Finally add black pepper to taste.If you don't have silken tofu, you can add some soy milk instead to bring it all together.
