Kale Chips | Crispy and flavourful snack

Ingredients
  

  • Kale with stems removed enough to fit a baking tray
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180C. Wash and dry the kale well. Then remove the stems and break the leaves into small and similar pieces. On a baking tray with baking paper, cover with olive oil, salt, garlic powder and paprika and massage well with your hands, then bake for 20 minutes or until crunchy!
