Healthy Banana Oatmeal Bars

- 2 cups oats
- ½ cup oat flour
- 3 ½ tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup plant milk
- 3 tablespoon nut butter I used almond
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 bananas mashed
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips plus more for topping
Mix oats, oat flour, baking powder, flax seeds and cinnamon
Then add mashed banana, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and plant milk. Mix to combine then fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour onto a greased pan or use baking paper, top with some more chocolate chips and cook in the oven for 25 minutes at 180C.
