Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 1 ½ tablespoon brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ tablespoon neutral oil
  • 2 tablespoon milk of choice I used soy
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl dry ingredinets then add milk and oil.
  • Trasnfer to a mug for a cleaner finish
  • Microwave for 1 minute to 1 minute 15-30 seconds. Check with a toothpick.
  • Let chil for 5 minutes, cover with icing, some cinnmaon and enjoy!!
