Feast Recipe Template

A refreshing iced hojicha latte made with roasted Japanese green tea, maple syrup, and your favorite milk.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon hojicha powder 5–6 g
  • 60 ml hot but not boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • A small grain pinch of sea salt
  • 80 ml milk of choice I use soy or oat

Instructions
 

  • Add the hojicha powder to a small sieve over a bowl. Sift it trhoguh.
  • Pour in the hot water and whisk until completely smooth and no lumps remain.
  • Fill a serving glass with ice cubes. Pour the milk over the ice. Add maple syrup and salt.
  • Slowly pour the hojicha mixture over the milk to create beautiful layers, then stir before drinking.
