Feast Recipe Template
A refreshing iced hojicha latte made with roasted Japanese green tea, maple syrup, and your favorite milk.

- 1 teaspoon hojicha powder 5–6 g
- 60 ml hot but not boiling water
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- A small grain pinch of sea salt
- 80 ml milk of choice I use soy or oat
Add the hojicha powder to a small sieve over a bowl. Sift it trhoguh.
Pour in the hot water and whisk until completely smooth and no lumps remain.
Fill a serving glass with ice cubes. Pour the milk over the ice. Add maple syrup and salt.
Slowly pour the hojicha mixture over the milk to create beautiful layers, then stir before drinking.
