Dark Chocolate Tahini Date Bark
A simple no-bake dessert made with chewy Medjool dates, creamy tahini, rich dark chocolate and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. Perfect for healthy snacking, meal prep or satisfying chocolate cravings.

8 Medjool dates pitted 80-90 g dark chocolate 1½ tablespoons tahini or enough to lightly cover the dates Pinch of flaky sea salt Sesame seeds for sprinkling
Line a small tray or chopping board with parchment paper.
Pit the Medjool dates and arrange them so they slightly overlap.

Cover with another sheet of parchment and press firmly into one even layer.
Spread the tahini evenly over the flattened dates.
1½ tablespoons tahini
Melt the dark chocolate in 20-second microwave intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
80-90 g dark chocolate
Pour the melted chocolate over the tahini layer and spread evenly.
Sprinkle with some more tahini as a drizzle and add flaky sea salt and sesame seeds.

Refrigerate for 30–40 minutes, or until completely firm.
Slice or break into pieces and enjoy.
