Equipment

  • 1 Pan non stick
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Whisk

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup wholemeal flour (129 g)
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk (240 g)
  • ¼ cup nut milk pulp (45 g)
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Start by mixing flour with baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
  • Then add your nut milk pulp, maple syrup, vanilla extract, oil and plant milk and whisk everything together.
  • Pour ¼ cup for each pancakes on a non stick pan, cooking each one for a few minutes on each side.
  • Serve with maple syrup and your favourite toppings
