Crumble the tofu with your hands, spread on a baking tray, season with the oil, mix to combine and bake at 180C for about 20/25 minutes until nice and crispy, mixing it halfway. Then season with soy sauce, add to a pan with some water and cook it until it’s coated. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
For the noodles mix the ingredients in a bowl, add some water and add the cooked noodles, mix well then serve, top with cucumber, cabbage, the crispy tofu and sesame seeds.
