In a pan or bowl if you want to microwave it, add the mashed banana, oats, cinnamon, salt, and milk. Give it a good stir then place it on the hob or microwave (for 2 minutes, stir again then 1 minute 3o seconds). On the hob, cook on medium/low heat until soft (about 5 minutes). In the meantime in a heated pan add maple syrup and cinnamon, mix well then add the banana halves. Cook until they’re nice and caramelized.
