Almond Pulp Pancakes (Vegan)
Pancakes made with the pulp from homemade nut milk to reduce waste

- 1 cup wholemeal flour (129 g)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup milk (240 g)
- 1/4 cup nut milk pulp (45 g)
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Start by mixing flour with baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
Then add your nut milk pulp, maple syrup, vanilla extract, oil and plant milk and whisk everything together.
Pour 1/4 cup for each pancakes on a non stick pan, cooking each one for a few minutes on each side.
Serve with maple syrup and your favourite toppings
