- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp neutral oil such as grapeseed
- 2 tbsp milk of choice I used soy
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- A pinch of salt
In a bowl dry ingredinets then add milk and oil.
Trasnfer to a mug for a cleaner finish
Microwave for 3.15 minutes
Let chil for 5 minutes, cover with icing, some cinnmaon and enjoy!!
