First, crumble up the tofu finely with your hands. Then add onion, tomato paste, oregano paprika, salt and pepper and oat flour. Mix well then add olive oil and mix again. Form 4 patties with your hands, place on a baking tray and cook for 25 to 30 minutes at 180 C, flipping halfway.
For the mushrooms sauce, sautee onion in some olive oil, then add mushroom and cook until soft then season and blend everything, adding some water if necessary.
I served them with burger buns, mushroom sauce, lettuce, tomato and bbq sauce
