Silken Tofu Chocolate Mousse
A decadent 3-Ingredient silken tofu chocolate mousse

- 300 g silken tofu
- 80 g dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp Erythritol or agave or 2 tbsp other sweetener
Start by blending silken tofu with a sweetener of choice, I used agave syrup.
Then melt some dark chocolate over a water bath and let it cool down slightly.
Now mix it with the silken tofu mixture until fully incorporated.
Pour into small pots/glasses and leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes/1 hour, ideally a few hours.
Top with fresh fruit, some more chocolate and enjoy!
