Mix flour with baking powder and chia seeds. Then add milk and whisk until a smooth batter forms.
Slice the bananas, then dip each piece (one at a time) into the batter with a fork and place in an oiled or good non stick pan. Cook for a few minutes then flip and repeat.
Serve them with your favourite toppings! I used fresh blueberries, peanut butter and maple syrup! So tasty!
