Ingredients
  

  • half a cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • a pinch of salt
  • herbs to taste
  • 1/4 cup pasta water
  • 200 g pasta
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Start by boiling the cauliflower florets for 5/10 minutes in boiling water. Add them to a blender with nutritional yeast, salt and herbs and blend, adding some pasta water if necessary.
  • While you cook your pasta toast some breadcrumbs in a pan with some olive oil until golden brown, keep stirring they could burn easily.
  • Add your cauliflower sauce to the the pasta, mix to combine and top with the breadcrumbs. Follow for more vegan recipe!
