Start by boiling the cauliflower florets for 5/10 minutes in boiling water. Add them to a blender with nutritional yeast, salt and herbs and blend, adding some pasta water if necessary.
While you cook your pasta toast some breadcrumbs in a pan with some olive oil until golden brown, keep stirring they could burn easily.
Add your cauliflower sauce to the the pasta, mix to combine and top with the breadcrumbs. Follow for more vegan recipe!
