- Clean the mushrooms well with a cloth. The mix the flour with the seasoning and put it in a bowl. Prepare 2 more bowls, one with plant milk and one with dried polenta.
- Dip the mushrooms in flour then milk and repeat once, then finally dip int the polenta and coat it well.
- Put on a baking tray with baking paper, sprinkle with some olive oil and bake at 190C (static) for 15/20 minutes
